Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors outside our control. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws regarding the import, possession, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
8. Returns & Refunds
All sales are generally final due to the nature of research compounds. Returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of a confirmed error or product defect. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
