Cold-Chain Handling
Certain compounds require temperature-controlled packaging. We take appropriate precautions to maintain product integrity during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and store properly as recommended.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local regulations regarding the receipt of research compounds.
International Shipping
International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your country and any applicable restrictions.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and the critical importance of cold-chain integrity, all sales are generally final. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at austinjosh1976@gmail.com or (903) 744-1705 with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work toward a resolution at our discretion.
